At this moment I understand. As someone who had to work for a living I have no great love for the O Corps in general or Ring Knockers particularly so fuck West Point.

HOWEVER… At least Army Officers (including West Point Grads) actually serve the country and do things more than take a couple paid for cruises around the world.

Although that aspect isn’t their fault. That’s just what the Navy does. Pleasure cruises with double pay. [Except Corpsmen and EOD, mad respect for those deserving.]

And like their Os won’t even fucking eat with enlisted? Like they build separate DFACs for Officers and Enlisted. Because their Os can’t even eat with us plebes?

Every Officer I’ve ever respected eat, slept, fought, bled with us. How the fuck could you respect someone who didn’t?

My experience with the west point Cadets was a lot different, but then again I was not in the service. Maybe it is the game you are playing. Football (american or european) brings out the worst in people. I always dealt with them in paintball, and they hosted a wonderful scenario game on their land during the year where they were inexpensive and provided chow, air, and low cost paint for a very chill large event. We always had their groups up at the fields, and they were some of the most honorable best players out there. Even in rec play the west point guys were always great in bringing other people into the game.
