And I say this as someone that isn't the ACA's biggest fan, but really do want to see some kind of reform from the system we have now. We have the highest costs of care in the world, and that's becamse insurance has gotten so intrenched that even cheap items such as saline IV bags, produced for roughtly one dollar, can cost nearly 800 by the time one gets billed for that.
