I would think an accomplished professional writer could get across their opinions without posting at the rough level of a Chardman or Ed629.

You haven't earned any respect by simply being in a job and your comments lead most of us to believe you are incompetent and dangerous in that job. 1) I said I exact quote "I don't even like Jews". This was after in a larger discussion about the nation of Israel where I was accused of being a shill for Israel. An additional insult as it was couched in the usual "Christian fundamentalists protect Israel because they believe it will bring about the second coming of Christ" or something to that effect.

In other words, it was in a continuing discussion where my support of Israel was also used to insult my religious faith.

You've been aware of this for years yet you still bring it up as though I was making a simple anti semitic statement. when you full well know better.

2) Non Americans are not my responsibility. Much like people who are not members of my family are not my responsibility.

All other things being equal (they rarely are but it presents a good starting point for discussion) I'll consider members of my family to be worth more than non family members.

All other things being equal, I'll consider Americans to be worth more than non Americans.

This isn't bigotry. It is common sense allocation of value based on the group you are a member of.

3) I'm not afraid of homosexuals. I believe homosexual acts are immoral. I believe any sexual activity between two people is immoral unless it is between one man and one woman who are married. I've condemned premarital and extra marital hetereosexual activity pretty clearly as well.

4) I've advised black kids on the path I see as making them successful as possible in the long run. Working within the existing system and succeeding.

Should I be telling them to take it to the streets and burn it all down? How is hoping my black students succeed and advising them in the best means I can think of an example of bigotry?

Nonsense. Someone who has that sort of issue says "I don't like some of the policies and beliefs of Israelis". They don't say "I don't like Jews", which is a blanket expression that applies to all Jews, religious and/or ethnic alike.

Saying "accept that whitey is in charge" is counter-productive, sends out the wrong message and illustrates why you are serious cause for concern in your job. It is also built on the premise that blacks should get used to taking orders from whites, which is racist, whether you are aware of that or not.
