The Bush Administration for sure and probably the Obama Administration as well believes the NSA has a right to know, without a search warrent, every single person's detailed browsing history, every single online purchase they have ever made, and what your IP address is. We also know from previous releases that they claim electronic mail is not like physical mail and that they can read it without a warrent. They tie all of your devices to your personal name and track where you go using your cellphone. We really are in to 1984 here.

You do not have anything to worry about because you have a tinfoil hat. However, I learned from my crazy neighbor in Alabama that you have to spread tinfoil chaff around the yard so that you can deflect the drone scanning of your house and naughty bits.
