So what's the story behind the name "Mallory Bash"?

Actually, there really isn't one. When I did the first doodle of the character, I just had the name "Mallory" stuck in my head, and "Bash" sounded good with it.

How about showing us some pictures of where you do your work? Your studio or whatnot.

Nothing special. I sit at a diner booth in my dining room with a laptop and a Monoprice drawing tablet.

Two more pieces! The first one was just for fun. The second is a promotional poster for an animated short I hope to pitch to Frederator fairly soon, called Pie Girl.

Great stuff. Some nice touches--like the paint "texture" and the subsurface scattering you do in the ears--really brings things up a notch.

The new Pie Girl character, Cheri Templeton. She drives an old Morgan delivery truck (around 1910) that she's suped up and converted into a mobile candie and pop shoppe.
