although, I suppose you're proving my point. that access to guns in america makes murder far easier and likely to be motivated by fear
yes I have been to many countries and got off post quite a bit. So far statistically US cities are still the most deadly, but then again this was Italy, Bosnia, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Korea, England, Canada, etc. etc. I'm sure 3rd World countries do have a lot of gun violence and high homicide rates in general though.
Negative - since you can't bring guns into many places (sometimes entire states!) most people don't bother to carry them into dangerous places - you just take your chances. So fear is not a factor. But if you can take a gun into a known danger zone, why not? It's like spending too much time in a known ambush zone - it's common sense/situational awareness like most people practice. Anyone with much hands-on military experience sure does!
Yeah, it's not like Native Americans aren't the most impoverished people in the US and your "safe spaces" aren't shit holes. I'm sure that's what Custer had in mind, he just wanted to create safe spaces for the Lakota.
so what does that make America with it's incidence of gun violence surpassing any other developed nation? I mean, you guys are up there with Somalia...
Aide from having a much longer history with personally owned weapons, I'd say that goes hand in hand with the rather violent history this country has had. I've seen it argued that if one compares violent crime as a whole, the rates in other countries aren't all that different from the US, but honestly I'm cool with just saying that the US is a more violent place. The US is not other countries. A better comparison when arguing "gun control" (which always translates into a ban of some kind) is when you can make comparisons within the same country. People often cite Australia, but it's significant to note that they are only comparing murders committed with firearms rather than just murders overall. And that if one looks at the overall murder rates, there is no sudden drop, but rather the same steady decline that can be seen in other countries, including the US with its comparatively violent culture. As for comparisons with Somalia. There's a reason Mexico is always left out of those comparisons when stacking up the US with other countries when it comes to gun crimes.
Tell me again about how you're such an internet tough guy that you bullied someone into committing suicide. That story never gets old either.
I provided video of a couple of ways that works. Any doubt is based on your own prejudgements and ignorance of me. Tell me again how you're gonna sucker punch me?
Ummm.........if he told you then it wouldn't really be a "sucker punch" now would it? Seriously though I hate that shit. Whenever you here someone bragging about knocking people out (unless it's in an actual legal fair fight) you can bet they are sucker punching people. Thankfully karma nails them eventually.
I know, but he offered exactly that in another thread... Of course, he also demanded that I'd travel to wherever he lives to get punched, which although confusing, seemed to follow the usual logic one can expect from him.
