As a (the only) missionary for The Elevated Church of the Good Bean I'm always looking for like-minded folks with whom to have fellowship. Praise jitters! From TECotGB's position paper: "Whether you acquire your coffee as whole beans, pre-ground, or already brewed the important thing is having Nectar of the Good Bean. Likewise whether you prefer your coffee unadulterated, with a splash of creamer, flavored, or as a minor ingredient in a mixed beverage the important thing is having Nectar of the Good Bean. It matters not if you percolate, pod, press, or purchase your Nectar of the Good Bean as a finished product. It is all sacred and should be praised."
I don't have any enmity toward tea but in my opinion it'll always be inferior to coffee. Even an unimaginably horrendous cuppa wouldn't change that for me since I'd know it was a fluke, a one-off, the exception that proves the rule. Nothing against tea or tea drinkers but coffee ftw!
my local they do all the roasting on site which gives the block a nice scent for the day. The baristas are generally Japanese women on work permits who want to get English language experience. They open at 7am, so I set my alarm for 6:45
Hail Caffeina! Goddess of the morning. I'm usually pick up a Peruvian blend, but when they have the Yirgacheffe on... chef's kiss
