Great! I'd like to get back into Shotokan karate, but I've got so many other things going on. Or at least I keep telling myself that I'm too busy at the moment. It certainly kept the weight off during college's all-you-can-eat buffets.
Those fitness classes are insane. I'm completely wiped out already from 4 workouts this week and I've got more TKD tomorrow
