Yeah there are a bunch of reasons that Bitcoin doesn't make sense. However a decade ago I was one of the people arguing that Bitcoin wouldn't make sense because of consequences like a high value meaning many megawatt hours of power being needed just to mine a single coin. Really underestimated the insanity.
