There's been 18 publicized mass rampages in the last 8 years, to say nothing about the other incidents of negligent handling of weapons by children and other crime that involves weapons. Hell, the Fort Lauderdale airport shooter everything we tell mentally sick people to do--namely, to seek help--but because of our legal system being what it is, they had no choice but to return his weapon to him after his hospital stay. And no doubt this guy is going to get on death row thanks to a system that let him down. The hell does that say about us as a nation?
I don't believe in deporting. If someone comes to your country illegally (or even legally but are not yet full fledged citizens) and breaks a law, jail or imprison them as you would any other citizen. It doesn't make sense to deport them so they can come back to commit more crimes. Or if you must deport them, they need to serve their time first in the country where they committed the crime.

The latest news is the the UK had intelligence on these people but didn't act because they were afraid of being accused of profiling. This same thing happened with the San Bernardino terrorists.
