Wow you really are stupid. I don't say that because I think you believe what you're saying there. I know you don't believe it. It's that you're stupid enough to think anyone else would believe it. If documented legal examples of judges ruling that ICE has violated due process isn't evidence for you, literally nothing is. If Donald Trump himself saying he doesn't believe in due process isn't evidence for you, nothing is, and you are quite frankly nothing more than blaring evidence of the rot at the heart of the American electorate.
Well, see, if Trump locks up, ships away, and kills all the people the far-right hates, and only Christian conservative whites get due process, and only they are left, then technically, everyone has due process rights. But they have to just get through this pesky "bumpy patch" first. Being a lying hypocrite through "the bumpy patch" is a mild inconvenience like a mosquito bite, and well worth it. Right, FF? Right?
Fixed that for you One unintended good consequence of Trump's presidency is that it's really outing the people who truly never gave a fuck about the freedom we have in Western Civilization, like @Steal Your Face here. He's just interested in his party holding power and is even willing to ignore video evidence of murder in his quest to be a bootlicker
That's a common misconception, which is quickly dismissed when you do some travelling. For example here is the sky 422 miles away from the nearest coastline, way too far for reflection of the ocean to account for it. The blue colour of a clear sky is due to Rayleigh scattering. Basically different colours of light have different wavelengths. At the red end of the visible spectrum they have longer wavelengths, at the blue end shorter. When light waves encounter particles much smaller than their wavelength they are scattered, having their direction changed. For physics reasons (which I encourage reading up on if you find it interesting but won't delve into here) light of shorter wavelengths scatters much more on these encounters. The white light from the sun as we all know is actually made up of light across the visible spectrum. As it enters the Earths atmosphere it encounters gas particles (mostly Nitrogen and Oxygen) and scattering occurs. The blue light is scattered so much that it travels in all directions, effectively making the atmosphere glow blue. Since the red end of the spectrum scatters less that light travels more or less straight to our eyes. That's why the sun appears whitest when directly overhead but redder as it approaches the horizon, because depending on the angle you are seeing the sun through significantly more atmosphere, altering the ratio of blue/red light from it that makes its way directly to your eyes. Fun bonus fact: bird feathers also take advantage of the same phenomenon. Blue colours in feathers aren't due to pigments, but to microstructures that encourage Rayleigh scattering.
I admit there can be disagreement. Would you like to choose which dictionary we should use as the base definition?
First off and totally serious: Thanks. That was good stuff. Been like three decades since I took Earth Science. Secondly were you just trolling with using Ayer’s Rock?
Uluru rather than Ayer's Rock. No trolling, I was just trying to think of the most recognisable and roughly central inland point I could travel to.
Rene Goode forfeited her rights when she decided to use her viechile as a weapon. Alex Petrie is, granted, more complicated. From what I understand is that his gun is a type of gun that is prone to go off accidentally. If that is the case, then the ICE agent should be reprehanded, but it’s not clear what actually happened. It’s an unfortunate accident, but there is no proof that it was intentional.
No one forfeits their rights, ever. Even Ted Bundy had due process after confessing to brutally raping and killing 30 women. In what universe do you live where Ted Bundy had the right of due process and Rene Good didn't?
Incorrect, even if she used her vehicle as a weapon. Which, by most accounts, she did not. And wholly irrelevant. Reprehanded? I would suggest that anyone in the position of power and authority that uses said power and authority to deny anyone, be they citizen, foreigner, documented or undocumented, their civil rights and/or right to due process, forfeit their own rights to such, because they should be held to a higher standard than civilians. Even then, I much prefer they still receive said rights.
MAGA understands just fine it when you change it to Randy and Vicki Weaver. FF just knows "she deserved it for being a mouthy lesbian bitch" isn't a good look.
And you forfeited any scrap of credibility you had left when you decreed that she "decided to use her viechile (sic) as a weapon". That has been so soundly debunked that only those who have drunk the kool-aid the most thoroughly still think they can fool others into believing it. The problem is that only fools are fooled when there is abundant video evidence that she was moving the vehicle extremely slowly and turning away from him. But I think you know all that; you just don't want to believe it, because you are in favour of Trump's gestapo terrorizing those who oppose him.
Maybe stop posting drunk? And also carrying out every other life activity while drunk? You seem to come to a lot of wrong conclusions while drunk.
FF is the contrarian child fact, evidence mean nothing contrarianism is the only important thing. it takes intelligence ans self awareness to admit when you have made an error. every time i see a post by him i think of a 2 year old crying and stomping his feet cuz he did not get his way
Years ago I said he was down with O.D.D. and he's done nothing but confirm it ever since. Now watch him prove my point. Again.
If you don’t see anything sketchy about a Republican President who is still trying to win an election he lost six years ago, blatantly targeting ONLY blue states for “election fraud” with zero evidence and debunked claims, you have an intellect rivaling that of a brick.
