This is not a poll whether on how you think she can win or not, just a poll on if you think she make a run or not. She's being going around the country, basically trolling the media everyday. They of course who say she hasn't a chance in hell are themselves hellbent on following her every move. (that includes "conservative media" in the DC belt) IMHO that once again shows who the media and leftists in general fear for a 2012 run: her. They aren't afraid of any other Republican. Her? They go on the warpath at the mere mention of her name. They accused her of endangering the media because they have to follow her in her bus to know where she is going. I do think she is running. I think she is playing it very smart. She's going around the country getting her name out there without saying she's a candidate. The talk alone about is she or isn't she running helps keep her name out there and she's waiting for the RINO's to shake themselves out a little bit before she jumps in to the race. I can't say if she will win the nomination or not but I do think she will run for it. All the while trolling the media.
She's pulling a Trump. She's going to milk the "will she or wont she" game as long as she can, then make her final decision based on how she's doing in the polls.
Who knows what is going on with the Republican Presidential candidates. They're all either 1) vague and evasive or 2) in one minute, out the other, and then back in again. Sarah is playing some hide and seek game. Donald, who jumped out of the race, I guess is now saying "Well, maybe." Then most recently, there is Mike Huckabee, who said he was out of the race, but then just today at the Clinton School of Public Service, says he might change his mind. Is this some new strategy on the part of Republican candidates? What is the thinking here?
I think she's running. I also think she's unelectable and any party that nominates her deserves the thrashing they'll get at the polls.
Right, if Republicans nominate some lame candidate. Same difference, as it seems Republican or Republican associated candidates can't make up their mind. Gets old after a while... We're already about 4 to 5 months behind schedule on declaring candidacy. Last election, most major candidates had declared their intent to run by January or February of the preceding year. Here we are at June, and still no real clue as who is or isn't running (other than the expected Romney, Pawlenty, etc). I guess we'll find out soon; IIRC (could be different) the filing deadline for most states is early September.
Nope. She's gonna pull a Huckabee - build up a lot of hype and then pull out to keep her gig on Fox. She can't beat Obama and knows it, but she wants to make sure. The other day she said we should "end all energy subsidies". That's not GOP candidate talk unless you're Ron Paul.
I don't think the answer is either "yes" or "no." I think the answer is "She's thinking about it, exploring it, and trying to figure out if she should or not." She clearly has not ruled out the option, but there are enough things out there showing her she shouldn't that she wants to be able to pretend, when she finally concludes that she will just embarass herself and the party if she does, that she was never really running.
The worlds comedians will have endless material if Americans are stupid enough to vote that air head into office. She'll make Bush 2 look intelligent and knowledgeable I almost hope she does get in, just for the massive amount of laughs that will occur on a daily basis
It wouldn't make any difference in the long run. If she runs, she is quite likely not to get the nomination. If she gets the nomination, she is almost certain not to be elected. If the Republicans nominate her, we'll have four more years of Obama, but since there's a fair chance of that happening anyway, there is little to be lost. Since the Republicans are extremely likely to control both houses of Congress after the 2012 elections, it might even be a good thing, since I don't trust the Republicans with all the strings of power. They are marginally less bad than the Democrats in the same position, but the best protection against either of those ridiculous parties is to play them against each other with a split government. (Not that that would ever be enough to actually make me vote for Obama, since he is such an awful President, but it is enough to console me if he wins. If he loses, I won't exactly be dancing in the streets, because no matter who replaces him, the idea of the Republicans in control of everything makes me very uneasy.)
No I don't, I think she is the empty shell. Everyone is focused on her and drawing the attention of the real frontrunner.
You see the problem with this is that if she won the nomination she could win given the state of the economy which is right now starting to get worse. You guys are trying to write her off and put her in the same league as a joke candidate like Trump but she is way more popular then you think.
I hope that she does. She might draw enough of the crazy vote away for a good candidate to get a plurality.
She seems to be in fairly good shape, so I'd guess yes, she's running. Or at least working out in a gym.
Obama will be re-elected, and there will be no serious candidate offered by the elephants. Against that probable backdrop many "opposing candidates" will use the situation to their advantage. Keep in mind we've only one political party pretending to be two, the donkey and elephant soap opera is but advertisement for the status quo. So I'll say Governor Palin will have a recurring role so long as she's deemed a villainess by the donkey fearful.
Oh I dont know. Anything can happen in a year. Obama doesnt have much of a record to go on except keeping us in Iraq, Afganistan and bombing Libya. Wall street may be getting rich but main street is not getting better. And I doubt unemployment is going to get better by then. Hope and Change hasnt worked out so well.

There's a few people I've met down in Tennessee who will vote for her because she's a caring mother on her reality TV show. If these are the morons who are voting, we're fucked no matter who's in power.
