Cyber-experts are naysaying this, pointing out the IP range only indicates the compromised devices forming the botnet are in Ukraine, whilst the botnet controller can be fucking ANYWHERE (but I think we can hazard a guess).

You'd expect a tech genius like Elmo to know this. Just like you'd expect them to know writing the MOST code doesn't equal the most productive programmer.

So, just done 150 miles back from Mum's to home. Mix of motorway, dual carriageway, town roads and country roads (including mountain) - despite the short on-paper distance it's around a 3.5 hour journey.

Rotary engine (in Normal mode) kicked in when the battery got down to ~42%, then kept coming on every so often to keep it topped up to 45-48%. Ride extremely smooth and the rotary engine is barely perceptible at speed. Fuel efficiency was only ~38mpg and in the previous CX-30 I would get 48mpg for the same trip, but the engine is brand new so assuming some inefficiency until it beds in (I did have worse performance at first with the CX-30). Plus, now I'm back, the remaining 20 mile range on battery will see me to the public charger at work tomorrow, and a full charge should last 3-4 days. Need to get a home charger sorted - the dealer has supposedly put in a referral to Pod Point UK (same company that do our work chargers) but haven't had any calls/emails...
