I tend to agree with @ed629 and @Ten Lubak. I can't see how DLC extras that don't really impact the storyline or outcome of the game is "predatory". To me, "predatory" would be more along the lines of being unable to progress in a game that you already bought without buying additional DLC.
So it looks like someone has come in possession of a playable version of this game, which is crazy And it looks good - video below is of a crop duster plane flying over the city. Don't forget, they have to wait a couple of years for the PC port and still pay full price for it if they buy it at launch...

The demo was great for showing story stuff but I wanted to see more "fuck about" stuff, like stealing random cars - going in a shooting spree - beating up hookers with a baseball bat etc.
Checked my Xbox rewards, I have enough points to redeem for gift cards for the standard edition. By the time it comes out I should have enough for the Ultimate Edition. If not it will only be a few bucks extra for the Ultimate Edition.
