There is presumably a test or examination. SOME kind of screening or oversight. Not to mention all the vaccinations that DO exist. If it's important enough to shove at me just so I can fucking go to work, it's important enough to be a prerequisite of entry into the country. But that's if the goal is meant to be a practical one, and not a moral superiority pose.

What, exactly, do you know about what requirements there are for people entering this country?
