It looks to me like it only refers to the stock Android browser, because for any given time period, the number of visitors whose OS is listed as Android is about double the number of visitors whose browser is listed as Android Browser.

Since I don't see other versions of Chrome, Firefox, etc., in the browser list, I'm guessing Google isn't distinguishing between the mobile and desktop versions within the category.

Now that this thread is public, we're probably SEO'd like crazy for every Lena Dunham search term there is.
