The US is forward deploying two squadrons of F-22 strike craft, and is moving a 2nd carrier battle group into the region in the Med. This will go with the USS Abraham Lincoln CVN in the Arabian Sea, and the Amphibious ship USS Wasp in the Med. And of course we never know where the US submarines are deployed.
