I'd like to point out that UA is still not addressing the video evidence. As I said before, he'd rather engage in pointless pissing matches over pedantic arguments than deal with the substance of the issue. And the substance is: Any reasonable person would be fearful of two unmarked cars pursuing him with no lights, no identification, no reason to believe the cops would be after him. And it's fucking criminal that there are no bodycams, no dash cams, nothing to shed light on the situation. UA can whine about knee jerk reactions, but no reasonable person could look at the past year and give ICE agents the benefit of the doubt after an encounter like this. They've been caught lying, they've been caught exaggerating, they've been caught instigating. US police forces account for 8% of all homicides of US adult males, far outpacing peer countries like the UK or Canada. With that in mind, every murder of a suspect, especially one that wasn't even the target of an investigation, needs to be treated with suspicion. And that isn't knee-jerk. That is simply a sober acknowledgement of the facts of law enforcement in this country.
oh, I'm certain they're real. but you won't see any regarding police brutality. Most likely because they're evidence in an ongoing investigation (regarding said brutality) or the camera was damaged or some other reason the footage could not be obtained. it's not as if police haven't gotten really good at hiding their crimes. No one with any intelligence actually believed body cams were going to do anything to prevent humans from behaving like humans.
My point, you lying fuckpuddle, is that "no body cam footage" is my reason for reserving judgement, not a final indicator that I have nothing to say. You might think automatically assuming "murder" is a reasonable knee jerk reaction, but you would be wrong.
I have seen no footage of the shooting, and no body cam footage at all. There is nothing to address, and no value in your biased conjecture.

Without the footage there is only word of mouth, and there are far too many lying bullshitters like you in the world who would have me believe it's murder simply because ICE is involved. I don't know that he is innocent, and ICE is not the only agency that uses umarked cars. His appearance is irrelevant. His conduct is everything, and the same standards apply to everyone.
