Watch the video again paying attention to the thug in the gray coat. You can see him taking the victims pistol out of his holster BEFORE the first shot.

The victim didn’t pull out his pistol. Which you’ll notice the DHS statement only says he was armed not that he brandished it or even moved to access it.

He was just armed when attacked by thugs who used it as an excuse to execute him.

I’m sure all our 2A fetishists will be right on this.
