Well, that explains why the two houses on my route that used to get a shitton of shit from them stopped several months ago :bergman:

Dave & Busters is for adults frozen at 8.
Hooters is for adult men frozen at 14 who are scared to log into internet porn because they don't know how to hide their history.
The Dave & Busters demographic will always recharge itself.
The Hooters demographic was always destined to go extinct.

That one is no surprise. They've been oversaturating the market with locations and screwing franchisees for at least a decade. From where I lived in downtown San Diego, there were no fewer than three locations in walking distance. I also work with someone who sold her franchise bc of how much money she lost.

The food is mid as hell and frankly, why bother than Jersey Mike's, Jimmy John's and Firehouse Subs exist?

Well, I wish @gul still posted here so I can tell him he was right, at least here in Reno.

Our malls here are never exactly *packed* but they do get a fair about of foot traffic (except the one outdoor mall, which as you can imagine in an area that sees snow at least three times a year and gets temps north of 90 in summer, sees a decline in traffic during inclement weather).

Back in May I was in Pennsylvania. Had the opportunity to visit the mall in King of Prussia. I had zero desire to do so.

Oh, I should mention that I presently work for Stanley Black and Decker (who own Craftsman) and the McKinsey consulting firm that is responsible for a shitload of profitable companies suddenly going under have their claws into us, so we’re liable to go under in the near future.
