The only funny thing about that meme is that Ukraine is included...which just highlights the fact that conservatives stan so fucking hard for Russia and Putin.
That, and it displays ignorance of the history of even just the stereotype that it's describing. After all, the US has been fucking with Iran since the 1950s, so they ought to already have one. In fact, the only kind of flag such a stereotypical figure wouldn't have (and even then there's a chance), is the Ukrainian one (after all, they booted out their Russian-backed leadership in 2014). But hey, when you're dealing with someone who has the same level of understanding of history as a goldfish, it's not surprising that they don't know this.
