Can anyone tell me why Trump and or his people are going after Cost Co?

My guess is that it's because Costco refused to eliminate their DEI initiative.

A notable alternative explanation is that Costco recently raised its minimum pay rate to $30 per hour in California.

My wildcard alternative explanation is that the rotisserie chickens are kept so cheap because they are actually alien creatures that Costco harvests.

I mean, funny, but not funny. I know they are going after all of the federal entities, I couldn't figure out why the cared about Costco specifically.

Like Fishy Worf said, Costco is one prominent exception to companies following the Trump directed trend of winding back DEI policies, and just reinforced that they are keeping theirs in the last couple of weeks with massive shareholder support.
