It wouldn't have mattered. I was telling people about Trump during the 2016 election, and they ignored it. Then they got a taste of his presidency, and you'd think that would have been enough to teach people how awful he was, but no. If this guy wanted to know, he could have pulled up Donald Trump's fucking Wikipedia page in 5 seconds, and in under a minute have read enough to understand that Donald Trump was untrustworthy. He chose not to do so because not knowing means not feeling responsible. "How could we have known?" has been used an awful lot throughout history to pass off responsibility for choosing the fascist.

I can understand Midwestern Dems supporting various farm bills back in the 2000s, but when you have 87% of these counties voting for Trump, there’s no point to continuing to vote for the farm welfare.
