Actually, after watching this very carefully, this doesnt seem to be such a bad idea!

This makes sense - most office memos, rules, directives, etc. would be more useful as TP anyway.

I heard about it on the radio. Problem is, though is saves you a small percent on TP, the machine itself costs $5,000!

The biggest thing I would be worried about is the ink on the paper. I dont think too many people would want to wipe themselves with paper that leaves ink stains

I've had to wipe myself with a newspaper in England when the toilet in the tube station had run out of TP.
