So, according to this 9 of the top 15 unfriendliest cities in the world are in America! http://www.independent.co.uk/travel...d-the-worlds-unfriendliest-city-10480603.html Oh dear! How can you all be so wude!
I travel extensively throughout the United States and by and large find them to be a very welcoming and friendly folk, even in large metropolises like New York and Los Angeles. When they're travelling abroad, however, it's a different story. But I think that can be said of a lot of nationalities (Germans also come to mind as being annoying tourists). I'm surprised England didn't make the list. Every time I'm in the UK I'm amazed at how rude you limey cocksuckers can be. It's a different story in Scotland (my ancestral home) and Ireland, where I find the people quite friendly (especially when they find out I'm from Canada.) YMMV.
You know what I meant. I was referring to the American cities. Just as you were in your OP. Don't get cute. "lawyer".
Yeah, yeah... I know you Yankees* have a specific meaning for "the South"... but L.A., Miami and Las Vegas are a fuck of a lot closer to your southern border than most of what you refer to as the "South". * important note: you're all Yankees to us foreigners.
Why do you put the word lawyer in quote marks? Is that another veiled insult from the good Christian? I hate to break it to you but many here can confirm what I do for a living as they have seen the proof.
Eh, depends on the methodology. It could be that just more people have visited more cities in the states. On the other hand, FUCK YOU YOU BRITISH WANKER. Yeah, they probably got it right.
I know the answer. I want you to confirm what I am saying. What, you can insult people but can't admit it's an insult? Oh, and I don't think I'm smarter, I know I am....and not just by my standards, but also your own.
Not always, although I've never had a negative reaction when I have disclosed my Maple Syrup bloodline. P.S. - You're
No. I've directly asked you a question. If you consider yourself of equal intelligence to me then you would treat an equal with the respect you would accept for yourself, therefore you will explain why you put it in quote marks. Why did you? Was it an insult or not? Yes or know? Didn't you say, "don't get cute"? If so, why are you now wriggling?
Americans are generally pretty nice and welcoming when I travel down there. Except LA, that shithole is full of assholes. Russia should probably have more places in the top 15. As should the majority of the Middle East. I never really experience the assholeness of the French but I can get by speaking Francais, even though it's the dirty Quebecois tongue I speak. REALLY surprised there's no cities from Holland.
You guys should have a contest. We can make an exam to test your English, math, and science knowledge to see who can best whom.
I consider you inferior to me when it comes to intelligence (among other things). Thus I see no need to treat you as an equal. No offense intended.
Depends on what you're talking about. The City of L.A. or the County? The city is definitely full of assholes but there are a lot of other places within L.A. County that are pretty great.
Wow, can it be that FaceyWacey is revealing himself to be a little annoyed at a facetious thread? The Star Trek book thread, the desperate "I'm a nerd who had sex" thread, the inability to recognise tongue in cheek? Could it be that Facey is not all he pretends? Surely not!
Why do you consider me inferior in intelligence? If you meant no offence why did you add the word lawyer and put it in quote marks? If you mean no offence, why do you accuse me of inferior intelligence when you know that my education, experience and achievements are vastly superior to yours (and if you really doubt what I say I'd be happy to friend you on Facebook).
Your categorical rejection of religion for one. Obvious inability to conceive of anything without physical evidence to support it.
I edited my post to add some things, so refer back. But, why is the rejection of religion a sign of weaker intelligence? Btw, what are the "other things"?
I do not have a Facebook account that I use. Amy set one up for me several years ago but Strong had a strict prohibition against teachers having a Facebook account so I chose to avoid it.
Who did this voting? The results would be dramatically different depending on who is voting and what opinions they have.
My second sentence explained it. You have said (correct me if I'm wrong) that you require evidence of something to believe in it. Very closed and narrow minded. Not a sign of true intelligence.
You don't have to be active on it to join a friend and explore the friend's page. What are you afraid of? That you will be called on your insults? That you may find that I am exactly what you don't want me to be?
