Maine police aren't very good at...police stuff. They're good at noticing when my inspection sticker's overdue or when I'm going three mph over the speed limit, though.

I mean, assuming it's a boat dock on the Androscoggin River, it would be surprising if he took that route. It's not exactly a high shipping area. More likely, he's either hiding in the woods in that area (there's a lot) or he booked it to I-295 and then to I-95 out of state. I suspect the former.

It's sorta like Canada. Big, but with 95% of the population crowded into the one habitable zone.
