How so? A specific individual targets another specific individual and violates the law in order to do that person economic and personal harm. Show me a similar example with the players reversed.

No, it should not be a crime. There is no doubt in my mind about that. Especially seeing the breaking wave of acceptance and caring that has swept over the country in regards to homosexuals, and even way back as there was a huge change in civil rights for black people. It was the idea that no speech was so terrible it had to be silenced that allowed people to say that black people and homosexuality were not crimes or horrible evilk abominations, but rather human beings just like white christians who have feelings and lives that not onlyg should be tolerated, but also helped to achieve good and rewarding things despite the lies and bigotry that says that gays and blacks are part of some evil conspiracy by satan to destroy the world and undermine gods plan. When you allow censorship, as we have seen, the first thing to get censored are things like interracial marriage, same sex marriage, positive representations of race and sexuality, and any view that presents the opponents of the bigotry as normal and good people in society. It is the fact trhaty we can show gays kissing, marrying, and being a psotive part of the community and not a bunch of disease ridden stereotypes that has shown america we are not as the right wing has represented us. We are not pedophiles praying on their children. We are not all heroin addicted AIDS spreaders looking to infect straight people with disease. We are not horrible sex fiends who have only one purpose to fuck every man in the ass we can find.Those are the images that were shown while good images were censored because real good homosexuality was considered vile and repugnant just like the hate speach of the right is now. So we cannot allow the censors to sanitize our media because they work for the right wing conservatives and lie about the people they hate. So censorship should always be considered a crime, and there is no discussion on allowing the majority to determine what is right or wrong fdor us to see. We should all be out there showing the opposition of stupidity and allowing the haters to step into the ring and get knocked the fuck out. You are a part of the problem and work for the system when you start pretending censorship is not the problem. It is only when gays became visible and were not censored in the closaet that people were forced to recognize their goodness in the community and that they do not deserve the hate heaped on them by the radical christian taliban.
