I do not know about him, but I was reading that they let out the crazy guy who taped himself shooting through his truck to try and kill someone else while driving. Evidently it was self defense because the other guy might have thrown a water bottle at his truck so you get to get to slow down and try to shoot him by surprise.

It is all legal here in the duh as long as you are the proper skin color.
