They have gone from ludicrous to plaid. They are officially spaceballs. Why am I the first one to have noticed that? It is one of the easiest spaceballs references, WTF?

Elon Musk Has Used Illegal Drugs, Worrying Leaders at Tesla and SpaceX Worrying as in the sense that Caligua's had too much to drink and might really fuck things up for us, even if there's no legal trouble he could get into.
You kinda buried the lede. Elon being exposed for using drugs isn’t exactly mind blowing. The WALLSTREET FREAKIN JOURNAL exposing Elon for using drugs and going to the depth of reporting they did is what got me. Also, reads like his brother was the main source. He must be really worried to blow it open like this.
I’m confused. Does everyone hate Elon? Just progressives? Just conservatives? And does everyone hate the Tesla vehicles?
Progressives hate Elon. Everyone without a micropenis hates Cybertruck. Everyone who’s paying attention hates “Full Self-Driving” and aren’t thrilled with Autopilot. And a lot of rich people with loud online voices hate the QA failures in other Tesla models that, while worse by rate than other brands, are not SO much worse as to otherwise warrant the rate of media coverage they get.
For Elon, watch the John Oliver segment from the end of last year. Tesla undoubtedly made electric vehicles popular and brought costs way down, and sells more of them than anyone else in North America. Tesla existing made a measurable difference in global warming. And if you don’t mind touchscreen controls and don’t get a car with defects, a Tesla is actually a pretty good car.
Thanks. If I live long enough to need and buy another vehicle (mine current vehicle is only 2 years old), I would probably not get a Tesla. I’ll probably get an electric bicycle. But … is it just me or is it weird that Musk was once everyone’s “golden boy” and not he’s on everyone’s shit list. I’m wondering if there is an effort to discredit him because of what he knows and may or may not ever try to expose, so someone is discrediting him in advance.
I think it was well-known even back in the PayPal days that Musk was a bit... odd. But certainly, in the last 5-6 years he's really shown his true colours. His egomaniacal acquisition of Twitter alone is enough reason to question whether he was ever truly a genius to begin with.

Elmo is living in a fantasy world, if he thinks any police department in the US would use this turd in service. They already hate the SUV's they have to use, most of the sheriff's and cops I've spoken with miss their Crown Victorias.
