I'm pretty sure that is a myth. Women might expect more than a man does in order to be willing to have a sexual relationship but that doesn't make them uptight about sex itself.

It has been my experience (though limited) that women in regards to sex itself tend to be much more uninhibited than men.

According to what I've read this is because women do not get the same level of pleasure out of straight up intercourse as men do thus they are more interested in looking at new things to maximize their pleasure.
