No, it doesn't. The Republicans used out dated info from the 1990's when Clinton mandated early screening be covered by insurance so briefly the U. S. did do better but just as quickly everyone else mandated early screening. You will notice Republicabs opposed that big government mandate even as they later crowed about the improved cancer survival rates it caused due to earlier detection. Since the mid 2000's everyone has had manditory screening so there is no significant difference.
