There is absolutely nothing wrong with a "do-nothing" legislature. What does a legislature do? It writes and passes laws. Laws grow government and expand its power. What stupidity to think that growing government and expanding government power are things that even SHOULD be done, let alone MUST be done. "Let's paint the baby green!" "No." "Let's light the cat on fire!" "No." "Let's put tinfoil in the microwave!" "No." "Oh my god, you're such a do-nothing!"

(2) Tutorien gab es zum Zeitpunkt der Befragung noch nicht, was wohl hier als "schlechte Qualität" ankommt (S. 11f.); inzwischen sind sie mit Hilfe des Mentoring-Programms eingeführt.
