I'm a herbalist, aromatherapist and natural pharmacist Would love to share knowledge about medicinal herbs and home remedies for the various medical conditions. Feel free to consult
The Calendula oil or ointment is very effective for rashes and skin contiditions. Look for it at your nearest local health food store.
Well, of course the best thing to do is understand the root of the problem at fix it. But in general, there are a few basic rules for dealing with anxiety such as: 1. Maintain a routine that includes a healthy lifestyle, exercise and enough sleep. 2. Try to improve your mood by exposing yourself to humorous content. 3. Limit your "worry time", meaning reduce the exposure to media. 4. Talk more to family and friends that make you feel good. 5. Exclude pastries, sugary drink, fast food and processed food off your diet. 6. Drink herbal infusions. Chamomile and Melissa are both good for the nervous system.
When did we decide we're cleaning up for newcomers? Have you guys been leaving me off memos again?! *grumbles while stripping for the shower*
Assuming you're genuine @diannap, welcome to the forums. To be honest I'm suspecting you're here to promote a business but would love to be proven wrong. Don't be put off by the abrasiveness though, there's a decent group of people here with caustic humours, more often than not a way to hide the tender and gentle souls underneath.
I have a hunch this person is already here under another name. But I'm definitely into holistic remedies and meditation and as much of a natural life style is permitted. Unfortunately I have to put on clothes everyday.
I meditate, practise yoga and have a now veryimited herb garden due to the "assistance" of my daughter's pet ducks....
As an "aroma" expert as it really true that "he who smelt it dealt it?" Asking for a friend! Also you mentioned that "Chamomile and Melissa are both good for the nervous system." Great stripper names, and do you have pics? Asking for the same friend! Totally agree with your tips about exercise and avoiding sugar and whatnot but I don't know anything about herbs - I'll take your word for it.
Nobody's putting a gun to your head and making you get dressed! Maybe you can find an employer with a "work from home" position available.
It was kind of obvious she wasn’t the type to stick around. She may have only perused Green Room posts prior to joining and posting.
TBH, I think she was looking for a marketing opportunity and didn't find it here, so off she went. "A[n] herbalist"? Seriously?
