I don't get it. Her link has:

    Dayton3 said:
Killing Bin Laden? Killing Bin Laden in 2002, 2003 or even 2004 might've meant something.

Killing him in 2011? That's like sacking the quarterback.......five years AFTER the Super Bowl.

Is it that some inside joke about a black linebacker sacking a white quarterback?

    Just saw this.

    Compleetely, inarguably wrong.

He said it on America with Jorge Ramos, which is segment on a univision English language show called Fusion.
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jorge_Ramos_(news_anchor)

Jorge Ramos, the interviwer, has 8 Emmy awards.

He was one of the interviewers in the 2008 Clinton-Obama democratic primaries.
    http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/02/21/debate.transcript/

If somebody you listened to said it was a comedy show, they were probably being a flaming racist.

“I think another part of it was that he was a Democrat, but not just a Democrat, an African-American,” Crist said during an appearance this week on “The Colbert Report.” Crist, who was a Republican back in 2009, is running as a Democrat this year.

Crist got attention with the remark, which helps. And he’s probably right. To say that none of the vitriol aimed at President Obama in the past five years has anything to do with race is being ignorant. Obama has made plenty of mistakes, but you can be sure his race has plenty to do with the tone and amount of vitriol aimed his way.

It apparently cost him the governorship of Florida.

And this just in, Obama is not related to the vast numbers of African-Americans already here, unless perhaps it's through Swedish roots or something. He comes from the other side of that extremely diverse continent, so it's like lumping the French in with the Chinese, calling them "Eurasian-Americans" and treating it as an coherent ethnic minority, except that the Chinese and French are more closely related than Obama is to West Africans.

    http://www.zonu.com/detail-en/2010-01-06-11637/The-Bantu-expansion-3000-1000-BC.html

They started from Nigeria and mostly exterminated and replaced both pygmies and Koysan hunter gathers because the Bantus developed tropical agriculture and adopted animal husbandry (most of the animals were middle eastern in origin other than guinea fowl but the crops were from tropical Africa). They killed and replaced the hunter gather natives just like white replaced hunter gathers in Australia.

He also said it to an 8 time emmy winning journalist that hosts presidential primaries.

You painted it like it was just a joke on a comedy show - it clearly was not.

Ridiculous and pathetic attempt at deflection.

Speaking of ridiculous and pathetic attempts at deflection - even if it were true, so what? The defining attribute of African-American HAS to be ancestors who were slaves?

    Yeah, definitely no racism here...

There are about 250 Bantu languages. It's for trade. Most Kenyans also speak English, but that doesn't mean they're genetically related to people from Orkney.

The person in my link, Jorge Ramos, that I originally posted concerning Crist citing that he left the GOP partially because of he perceived racism in the party. Ramos interviewed Crist and Crist stated that publicly. Gturner didn't read that, and instead started talking about Stephen Colbert.

Dunce, yes, because of 3000 years of expansion regional dialects have been created but tthey are their own family group using the same agricultural package and genetically very close because they pretty much wiped out the competing hunter gatherers just as happens eevery time in history when farmers run into huunter gatherers.

Um, look at the map of genetic markers. If you're looking for an NFL linebackers or wide receiver you don't recruit in Kenya. That's where you go to find someone to win the Boston Marathon.

GT, before you derp again and attempt to continue pontificating about the constitution (a subject you clearly do not know much about) may I suggest you actually read Article 2, Section 1 paying close attention to the portion about executive authority. If you really want to learn more you can look up the 200+ years of case law where the courts define exxactly what that executive aauthority is. Oh, and HINT it is about the exact opposite of what you've claimed it to be.

Well Dinner, if the Republicans don't stop Obama, with a wave of 100,000 more illegals already expected to take advantage of his amnesty, then by 2016 the Democrats needn't even bother running any candidates for national office. Look at the polling.

You're delusional. Even a lot of Senate Democrats have come out and said they disagree with Obama's actions, that it makes them highly uncomfortable, and that it's wrong. Black leaders have come forth to say the same, holding that the losers in Obama's plan are the blacks, who will see their unemployment skyrocket from their already high levels. Black protesters in Chicago were already screaming that the Democrats were replacing them with Hispanics, and it's true. Democrats don't care a bit what this does to the black community.

The funny thing is, most of the people coming in will end up voting Republican. In many states Republicans already carry them, because the immigrants are highly motivated and sick of the kinds of government control and coercion in their home countries and in the Democrat party. They are also highly religious and conservative, and can be expected to follow the same path as earlier Catholic immigrant groups like Italians. They are trying to better themselves, working odd jobs and opening restaurants and businesses. The Democrat's natural constituents are the ones who stayed down in Central America. The ones who don't end up voting Republican will instead keep voting for conservative Democrats, pushing the party to the right, away from gay marriage, and back to God.

Oh, I am the delusional one? Tell us again how all the courts have always been wrong about executive orders going back to the 1790's but you[\i] are right!

The Supreme Court has ruled that Congress has the full and complete authority over immigration, not the President. His discretion is limited to individuals and small groups, such as those effected by a war or civil unrest. That cannot apply in Obama's case because he didn't even specify the countries in question. The Supreme Court also holds that it's unconstitutional for the legislative branch to let the executive branch select criminal penalties (US v. Batchelder - 1979). Penalties must be set out in statute. In this case Obama is making up the penalties.

In 1996 the law was changed so that illegal immigrants must be deported, with the allowed exceptions written into the law. That law still stands. So Obama can't cite Reagan or Bush-41 or any prior President as precedent for his actions because he is acting contrary to immigration laws that didn't even exist then.

And so the Governor-elect of Texas has already announced his decision to sue, saying: "President Obama has circumvented Congress and deliberately bypassed the will of the American people, eroding the very foundation of our nation’s Constitution and bestowing a legacy of lawlessness. Texans have witnessed firsthand the costs and consequences caused by President Obama’s dictatorial immigration policy and now we must work together toward a solution in fixing our broken immigration system. Following tonight’s pronouncement, I am prepared to immediately challenge President Obama in court, securing our state’s sovereignty and guaranteeing the rule of law as it is intended under the Constitution."

You could say that the people of the several states are not amused.

It sounds like there aren't enough resources to deport them all. The President has no choice but to direct what limited options we have toward the hard criminals.

Oh, deporting them would be trivial. Eisenhower got about a half-million out using a force of only 1,000 immigration agents. He was upset that their presence was corrupting law enforcement, because the agents and other authorities had a wink-wink thing going on with all the ranchers who loved exploiting the cheap labor. They wouldn't even be showing up if they really thought they'd be deported.

And frankly, it's not a path to citizenship or legalization that upsets Americans, it's the flood that Obama has encouraged. How did all those Central American kids suddenly find out that they should swamp the border, and that US immigration, instead of deporting them, would bus them all over the country? Why did Mexico, which strongly enforces it's own immigration laws by not allowing Central Americans in, just direct the waves and waves of illegals (in Mexico!) onto trains headed north? Obama is causing the present immigration crisis - purposefully.
