    I like the way you think! On a slightly different tangent - in a "based on a true story" kind of way - when the heart is picked up after it falls, there's a wacky mix-up when they pick up....the wrong heart!
    Yep, an inept but endearing Mafia member was transporting the heart of a beloved Mafia capo (on the same rooftop) at the same time! The mafia heart goes into the patient and hilarity ensues when the patient assumes the spirit of the departed capo! It's a spin on the "airport suitcase/briefcase mix-up" movie trope we all know & love!
