What will this mean for the future of the Elder Scrolls and Fallout franchises? https://www.cnet.com/news/why-micro...sda-parent-company-zenimax-big-deal-for-xbox/
Fallout now has iMacs that bluescreen whenever you try to use them. After the success of Breath of the Wild, the next Elder Scrolls features a magical doodad that looks a lot like an Xbox controller.
As a primarily Playstation player, This is concerning news. Between Xbox, PC and iCloud, I don't see a reason why Microsoft would allow these games to come to PlayStation. The only thing I can think of is the ridiculous price MSFT paid for Bethesda. $7.5B is ridiculous. That may put pressure on MSFT to spread these games to PlayStation at some point. But with the Next Gen Xbox Series S console at $299, it might be easier for me to get that as a second console and take advantage of their GamePass platform.... ? I still don't understand how Xbox makes any money off that.
I was just thinking back on this... This is an outrageous price to pay for Bethesda. That's 2 fucking Star Wars.
This one thinks Microsoft just bought a lot of skooma. When this one said, "Khajit has wares," this is not what this one meant.
