Let me be straightforward with people who admit they don't know how the trans thing works: you don't have to understand it, that's okay, no one can know the ins and outs of everything, but you need to understand that it is a scientifically understood phenomenon that, like being left handed, exists in people of all walks of life and of all ages. It exists, it is real. Simply making it illegal does not change that it's real.
