Funny how some in the media, after being prompted by everyone else, are now treating Trump’s gaffes and incoherent thoughts as novel items.
This is why I do not pity @Jenee . You were talking about Jenee and UA right? This isn't about @Steal Your Face 's mom and girlfriend?
Time for yet another game of "are you really this fucking stupid?" Trump was not charged with listing a property for one price and then selling it for another price, something everyone who's ever sold a house has probably done (and Trump has doubtless done too, without getting charged with anything for it). The fraud comes when you, with the exact same of property, tell the government it's worth one amount because you want lower taxes, and tell lenders it's worth a higher amount because you want favorable loan terms. Can you not see how, logically, at least one of the reported values HAS to be a lie? And can you not see how it's fraudulent to obtain something -- whether a lower tax bill or better terms on a loan -- via false pretenses?
The bank said that they weren't defrauded and he paid his loan back with interest. Banks can asses the value of property and tell what it's worth. The bank also said they'd be happy do business with him again. Looks to me that the state is butthurt that they didn't get a piece of the the pie to which I say, boo fucking hoo. No victim here except in the imagination of an over zelous revenge seeking AG and a leftist nut judge who looks like he would be presiding over a literal witch trial in the 1600s.
First of all, I hate to break this to you, but paying a loan back with interest is not some kind of badge of virtue. It's literally how loans work. Second, if he didn't defraud the bank, then he HAS to have committed tax fraud. That's simple logic, which I realize you have trouble with.
In honesty, orange bankruptcy man was known for not paying back his loans so it was a bit of a badge of virtue that hje actually paid one off. On a personal level he actually paid a bill. For most people with credit problems that is a first step to fixing your credit. It seems rich people can always get low interest loans and investments even when they stiff everyone imaginable. Also when you are rich it is not tax fraud, it is creative accounting because the IRS does not give a fuck and only goes after easy victims. If the IRS is never going to go after rich people then the laws are not actually laws for rich people.
men should not compete against women in sports is not remotely true. It happens all the time. It happened today and I was involved in a league and no one complained. Everyone had fun, and some of the women won and did well. The only people who would not know men and women compete against each other in sports all the fucking time would be an idiot who does not play sports. Pro sports and sex segregated leagues are actually not all that common.
All by yourself, Atlas? I'm sure the lawyer up the street thinks you're the mooch. And so on, and so on, up the food chain.
