    That usually means that the software thinks he may be a spambot, but isn’t sure, so it is leaving the decision up to a moderator.

    Dealt with it. Sort of. He was still having trouble quoting a post by Tuckerfan, which were only resolved by stripping BBCode out of his post. New users don't seem to have any restrictions like that. He also said he couldn't PM me.
