DHS would have also become involved and threatened to remove the rest of the minor children in the home if the Duggars didn't comply. In Tulsa Josh Duggar would have been sent to Shadow Mountain's Threshold Unit, where he would have stayed for a minimum of 6 months. After completing treatment, he would have returned home. Now, you may see Polanski & Duggar's situations as essentially equal. I do not.
