yes. redecorating the former lounge/dads bedsit into a spare room with wallpaper rip outs new carpet, paint, furniture - plus having a GF, plus my son about a year away from moving out and getting a credit card, plus getting the plot dug over to winter then plant in spring, plus....a few dietary changes.
