Queer means a lot of things now. It's basically an umbrella term for LGBT now, but it depends on who you ask really. I generally consider it basically be what was called pansexual, where gender doesn't really matter. You just fall in love with a person, regardless of their gender.

Queer is a very large umbrella term that includes bisexual.
