That is called healing, and probably concealer. My grandfather used to have problem spots frozen off his head. That stuff healed up real fast and within a couple of weeks you would not have known. He was in his 90's. That is without the use of makeup which we know he uses a ton of.

i'll refer you to the picture in the other thread of where I had an earring pulled out of only skin some 35 years ago that still shows more damage.

It has always been my assumption that both sides would receive questions prior to a debate so they have time to formulate their responses. However, I’ve also been told that this debate agreed beforehand not to have the questions given to candidates beforehand.

That being said, how would anyone NOT know what questions would arise in a presidential debate?

People should know, or be able to take educated guesses about at least, the general subject areas that they are going to be asked about. That is what prep is for.

I wouldn't be surprised if in agreeing the candidates have some questions/areas that are off-limits. For instance, I assume that there was no question to Trump about his being a convicted felon and whether that should be disqualifying.

The precise questions and their formulations are presumptively not divulged. Heck, I would say there is a good chance that the moderators themselves veer off script based on the answers or non-answers that they get.

The classic example of a question that (presumably) no one had specific knowledge of that comes to mind is when someone asked Dukakis what he would do if his wife was raped and murdered if he would support the death penalty for the killer.

Rather than express the natural emotion about such an offensive question or to explain that even in the face of the his personal grief and desire for vengeance, he gave a preprogrammed answer about the faults with the death penalty. One can't convince me that anyone on the Dukakis team knew the specific question would be asked in that way, as opposed to the general "why do you support the death penalty" that he answered.

There were, what, maybe a dozen questions? I didn't count, but I do know that not a single one of them should have come as a surprise to anyone.

That Kamala Harris was more prepared to answer the questions than Donald Trump simply indicates that Kamala Harris is capable of holding information about a whole bunch of different topics in her head at one time, while Donald Trump is not.

It's a good thing the presidency isn't a job that requires that, or anything...

The fact that she's only saying this now, in defense of a very credibly accused pedophile, speaks volumes on its own.
