    It was completely ineffectual, and it's not like Putin sleeps in the Kremlin. There was a small explosion that didn't even penetrate the dome on the building it hit.

    We've seen the ridiculous precautions that Putin has been taking with his safety over the last year, including not letting his own people within 20 feet of him when seated at a table in a meeting with them.

    I'd be shocked if there haven't already been assassination attempts, and considering his health, he might have been exposed to toxic or radioactive materials as part of it.

    The following post comes purely from internet research.

    Willie Pete is a gray area. It isn’t banned from the battlefield. It can be used for both lume (light) and screening (making smoke). Using it as an incendiary weapon is prohibited.

    That said for a bunkered in target a little Shake’n’Bake can be really useful for flushing out and/or neutralizing so sometimes lume or screening rounds accidentally miss their intended target and hit the bunkers.

    Or so I’ve read on the internet.

    All they said, if it was a civilian target and not a military one then fuck those dudes.

    Speaking as someone who has both played with white phosphorus and has gotten at least second, if not third-degree burns, I get that it has legitimate uses during wartime, but someone burning to death isn't a good way to go by any stretch of the imagination. I mean, if you've got a bunch of Nazis holed up and the only way you can get them out of there is by tossing in some white phosphorus, I can kinda understand it. But, if you're bombing an entire town with the stuff because some of the forces there are Nazis and you know civilians are going to die, I can't see it at all. Because, at that point, you're literally saying, "Kill them all, in the most horrific way possible, and let god sort them out." And that makes you better than the Nazis, how?
