If they are told to leave it alone or it's their job, yes, especially if that kind of thing had gone on long enough that the strong willed cops retired early or quit in frustration years before. Political and social pressure does that kind of thing, such as learning to never enforce immigration laws (it pisses off the farmers), etc, or don't look deeply into this tribe or that ethnic group or there'll be blowback.

Even in the US, that's not entirely true, either. Certainly, the murderer from San Francisco earlier this year (a gentleman who had been deported five previous times before coming to SF, a sanctuary city) has become the conservative right's poster child for why we need to build a 20 foot fence around Mexico, but we do deport.

That became standard procedure in Texas and California many decades ago. They also had a related and nasty problem of farmers calling the INS about a bunch of illegals on their property right before they were supposed to pay them.

Inevitably all immigration systems will have periods that the are overwhelmed. But what happens, certainly in the UK anyhow, is that public pressure forces them to go after whoever they can and that often means that the Home Office (which runs our immigration authorities) will do whatever it can to generate as many refusals as possible. This often results in unjust decisions and that's where people like I come in. There is not directive not to remove people precisely because the government wants to be able to keep the net migration figures as low or static as possible. It's the unjust decisions that create the work I do for a living as I then have to challenge them in court.

The interesting thing is that tards like Dinner and gtwat have this view of immigrants being economic migrants or refugees. People coming from poorer or less democratic countries. Savages and animals as they put it. But that's only half the story. Many of the clients I act for aren't from places like that. They are from first world countries. Do you know that America is the sixth highest source of migrants in the UK? That's more than any other Western country, bar Germany. But unlike Germany, Americans don't enjoy EEA free movement, so if they break the rules the government goes after them and that, again, is where people like me come in and the Home Office doesn't give a shit if they're from the US, Australia, Japan, Canada or anywhere else, if they have an excuse to remove they'll try and do it.

The truth between the nature of immigration, the picture presented by bigots and the structure and nature of immigration laws and powers, as offered by the press and politicians, is rarely an accurate reflection of what is actually going on. The very suggestion that a decree comes down from on high to stop removing people is the most ridiculous thing I've read yet from the mentally challenged fool. In fact, because it's harder to remove free movement people from the EEA and those coming from warzones, the present government has over legislated against people who fall through the gap, such as those from outside Europe in stable countries, that's it's now become a lot harder to stop the removal of such people.

You definitely make ridiculous claims to support them like claiming taking the picture of muslims in a public demonstration is a hate crime.

I didn't claim that at all you peanut brained ignoramus. I said that the words on the placards were hate speech. Absolute tool. You can't even read properly. :jayzus:

I also said that the message at the bottom was meant to pass off the extremists in the photo as being representative of all Muslims (as was pretty obvious to anyone with half a brain), using the kind of rhetoric you are so (or not so) skilled at. Both the extremists' message and the comment below the photo try to have the same goal. To stir up divisions, resentment and hate. Therefore they both breach Facebook's rules of not promoting hate speech. But you can't spot that, because you only see hate when they're doing it, not when you and your kind are doing it.

You can make your false claims however you like, but if I identify the messages on the placards as hate speech then I'm not supporting them am I, or don't you have the intelligence to work that out?

You need to stop lying. You claimed simply posting pictures of what they said and did was a hate crime. You are the one supporting censorship enforced by the state. Fuck you.

In WW-II our Hollywood producers were asked to counter Nazi propaganda, so they watched the Nazi propaganda films and had an epiphany. They just showed us the Nazi newsreel clips of Hitler's speeches so we could see what the hell he was saying. They didn't even need to comment on it. Everyone beheld, and understood. By these new standards that was apparently a hate crime.

Don't ever quote what they say! That would be a hate crime, according to Chup, and thus must be censored by the state.

I bet he hasn't even figured out it was Merkel pushing for the sudden change in Facebook policy. So he needs to stop lying and pretending it is all Facebook's policy as they got pressured by a state government to censor people simply because the head of that government is seeing her poll numbers go down because of a stupid policy choice she made. Now she wants to censor people and is pressuring companies like Facebook to do their dirty work.

I am referring specifically to the second of Chup's justifications. He is most certainly claiming simply showing a photograph of what Islamists did and the signs they held is some how hateful and misleading. For all of his big talk about fascists it is Chup trying to justify censorship not me.

Hey, remember this guy who shot up that Planned Parenthood clinic because he was upset at the sale of baby body parts, leaving 3 dead and nine wounded?

I bet he feels silly now.

Secret videographers David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt were both indicted on charges of tampering with a governmental record, a second-degree felony that carries a punishment of up to 20 years in prison.

Under that law Hillary would be going to prison for the next 30,000 years.

Now Daleiden and Merritt are both facing charges of tampering with a governmental record, a second-degree felony charge that could land them both up to twenty years in prison. Daleiden was also reportedly charged with the attempted purchase and sale of human organs, a misdemeanor carrying a fine and/or up to a year in prison.

They weren't charged with lying about what the clinic did, they were charged with tampering with a government record, which carries up to 20 years in jail. Hillary does that at least three times before breakfast.

They were also charged with trying to buy and sell baby parts - at a business that sells baby parts.
