Can't we just all agree to replace the Republican ticket with the Libertarian ticket this election as the 2nd party?

In other words, the typical Clinton "scandal."

At some point you just have to figure that the only reason there are so many fake and insignificant "scandals" is that the Clintons are actually remarkably non-corrupt for politicians. If either of the Clintons had ever put a Bic Mac on a government credit card when it should have been paid for personally we'd know about it at this point, and it would be a bigger deal than 99% of their "scandals."

No. There are countless huge Clinton scandals where just about everyone except Bill and Hillary went to jail.

Roger Clinton (Bill's brother). Drug trafficking. Jail.
Webster Hubbell (Bill's friend and Hillary's partner): Fraud, embezzlement. Jail.
    Jim Guy Tucker: Fraud. Jail.
    Jim McDougal: 18 felonies. Jail.
    Susan McDougal: 4 felonies. Jail.
    David Hale: 2 felonies. Jail.
And the Lums, Chungs, and assorted others.
About 40 Clinton associates went to prison before Bill was even out of office, not counting people in the White House.

And of course every woman who said Bill Clinton slept with her got audited by the IRS. Any one who was prominent who criticized Bill got audited, including Bill O'Reilly. And of course the FBI files of all those women, along with Republican opponents, were found to be illegally sitting in the White House (the FBI files scandal). A bar bouncer named Craig Livingstone took the fall for it, but nobody could figure out who hired him.

And even though it was clear she committed perjury, fraud, and evidence tampering time after time, lawmakers and justice officials were afraid to charge her with anything because - get this - no First Lady of the United States has ever been charged with a crime. There is no precedent for it, and nobody knows how such prosecutions would affect the separation of powers or the role of the office of President. Nobody wanted to grab that tar baby, so they let Hillary walk again and again.

Considering that Richard Mellon Scaife spent $2 million trying to destroy the Clintons, you'd certainly think they could have come up with something better.

Meanwhile, the most corrupt administration in modern history was that of the Lord God Reagan (All Praise His Holy Name), but that didn't make it into the narrative.

That's hilarious, because Donald loves debates, especially tough ones that all but have people like Jeb! leaving on a stretcher.

In contrast, we know Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Hillary were scheduling their debates against Bernie for nights with big NFL games so nobody would see how badly she did.

And by the way, the first instinct of the NFL in an controversy is to lie, lie, and deny.

Why would the NFL send a letter about the debate schedule to Donald Trump, instead of to the CPD?

Earlier on, I was having this fantasy that besides GJ running ad splitting Trump's right wing populism, that Sanders wound up running as the left alternative to Clinton. Checking back, electoral four ways are pretty rare in US history. One of the more notable ones was in 1860, which is kinda ominous. But then I wondered what it'd be like with congress split between libertarians and some sort of eco-social dems? That instead of COke and Pepsi, you had gin and vodka?

The last major four-way race landed Woodrow Wilson in power. Blacks lost 50 years of racial progress.

Olddaysforge used to talk about the US "Balkenizing"... alot. This election cycle seems to be sowing those seeds.

Canada and Mexico could be bigger in 30 years...

They should find out which group of assholes were going to pay Bieber $5 million and lock them in a closet. Was it Jeb? Was it Cruz? Was it Ryan?

Just think, if Jeb! had given up just one of his delegates he could have afforded to hire Bieber 10 times.

You know, that's so true. He blew through what, $150 million or so? And he didn't even get a Bieber song out of it.

Hell, for that kind of money you could get a four way with Beyonce, Katy Perry, and Shakira.

This isn't the third-grade popularity contest you lost because "[he] failed to show any leadership qualities whatsoever. He will always be a follower."

Got a comparison with any other candidate on either side the week after a convention? Didn't think so. Cling to your false hope so you can be mocked on November 9th.

Meanwhile Hillary went on Foxs News Sunday and claimed that FBI director Comey said she'd been honest and truthful about the e-mails. What Comeny said is online and everybody saw it, yet she lies to our faces - again. :brood:

The woman is completely incapable of telling the truth about anything.
