And by the way, now that you know about Sarkeesian, you should condemn the folks making the threats. You seem (after some prodding) able to do so regarding Gabby Schilling. Why can't/won't you do it regarding Sarkeesian? If your concern regards Carrera and her efforts, why waste so much time trying to protect the guys who went after Sarkeesian. Next time, here's all you have to say:

"Those guys are scum, there is no excuse, and I hope they get what they deserve. However, there are worse things in the world...."

Of course, there are always worse things in the world. The fact that you ever once say anything that isn't about those worse things means that you're an evil person, right? We talk about all sorts of issues here, when we focus on one thing that ranks a bit lower on the importance scale than something else, it might mean we disagree on what matters, or it might mean that we simply are talking about something else at this moment. I'm pretty sure you would find it absurd, if every time you mention anything, anywhere, I were to ask you how that helps Carrera. But, I suppose if you need that reminder, I can go ahead with it.
